I have developed and customized Odoo modules for **Rysun Jewells**, primarily focusing on the CRM and Sales functionalities to align with their jewelry business workflow. I customized the CRM pipeline by adding specific fields such as material preference, ring size, and budget range to better capture customer requirements. I implemented logic for automatic lead assignment based on region and product type, and added lead scoring and scheduled follow-up activities to improve sales team efficiency. I also integrated the CRM with the Sales module, enabling seamless quotation generation directly from opportunities. For this, I designed a custom quotation template that included jewelry-specific details like carat weight, stone type, and certification. Additionally, I enhanced the reporting system by creating a custom dashboard to track lead conversion rates and weekly sales performance. I worked on improving the UI/UX by redesigning views to highlight high-value leads and VIP clients. To support communication, I customized email templates and integrated a WhatsApp connector for direct messaging from the CRM. The entire solution was built using Odoo 16 (Community Edition) with Python, XML, and PostgreSQL, and managed using Git for version control.
